Bright, cozy apartment (approx. 60 m²) with garden view and separate, ground-level entrance. It is in a quiet location on the first floor of a detached house on the Rhine Heights surrounded by the Siebengebirge, Westerwald, the idyllic Wiedbach Valley and the romantic Rhine Valley. Cities such as Koblenz, Bonn or Cologne are just as easy to reach as the wine region of the Middle Rhine and the Ahr as well as numerous cycling and hiking trails (Westerwaldsteig, Rheinsteig, Siebengebirge).

The apartment on the 2nd floor with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom has 40 sqs, 1/4 of which is under the sloping roof. The 20sqm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

The apartment is about 30 square meters. It is located on the first floor, has its own entrance and a door to the garden. In the front area are the shower room and the living and working room with a large, extendable dining and desk, with an armchair, shelves and storage facilities and TV. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. In the rear part facing the garden are the bedroom and fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom and living rooms have been recently renovated and newly furnished.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

In this modern apartment I offer space for 2 persons. A beautiful bedroom with a queen size bed and a spacious bathroom with shower and feel-good bath, as well as a large kitchen with full amenities await you. You can relax in the living room in front of the y TV and in fine weather on the large balcony. The nearest bus line is only 5 minutes away, as well as there is parking directly at the apartment. It's only a few minutes to the A3 motorway

The city center is a 5-minute walk away with numerous restaurants and shops. In just 10 minutes away a large supermarket and in 15 minutes cozy walk to the train station. Free public parking in front of the house (if available). From Sinzig you can reach in close proximity, Deutsches Eck in Koblenz, the Geysir in Andernach, the Bridge of Remagen, the Historic Old Town Linz, the Beethoven House in Bonn or the Cologne Cathedral.

Dear guests, our apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house. We have extensively renovated it over the past year. We renewed all the bathroom ceramics and refurbished the other rooms except for the kitchen. It consists of a bedroom, living room, bathroom and a kitchen.
