Holiday rentals with breakfast in Lisbon

Maria went above and beyond. From the check in with thoughtful fruits left in our room, to water provided.. She exceeded all expectations. Her house is so close to the main attractions in belem. This accommodation is amazing.

We loved our stay with Maria and John. They were very hospitable. The location was great. Their home was quaint and had very authentic feel. If you're looking for a typical 5 star hotel it may not be for you but we loved the family feel.

Very good stay and hospitality from Margarida and Domingos! The place is beautiful with ocean views, a pool surrounded by a lovely garden. Breakfast prepared every morning and the opportunity to walk to the ocean are really nice. We recommend this safe haven 🌺🌊🌞

My mum and I spend 4 days with Bruno at his place and it was incredible, it felt like home, he is such a nice person, easygoing, funny and lovely. Also he puts all his love and effort in the breakfast, it feeds your stomach but your heart too, because he makes it with all him love. I hundred percent recommend Bruno’s place!!! We have now a friend and of course we will be back to visit him and spend more time together!!!!!😊

Patricia’s place was perfect for our stay. The location was great, closer to the Pena Palace and Moorish Castle than from Sintra. Sao Pedro is a lovely little quiet village with great restaurants 5 mins walking. The unit was as described, was bigger I think than the photos seemed. Modern kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed and really quiet. Patricia was a lovely host, so helpful and friendly, we would recommend a stay at her place to anyone.

We had a great time at casa lua at Quinta da Bella vista!! It is very close or walkable to the great attractions like Quinta da regaleira. You may still want to take a tuktuk to the big attractions like Peña palace and regaleira as parking is hard to find there however parking at this airbnb is perfect and included. We stayed in February so the pool was there but chilly. My kids had a blast on the trampoline which we had not expected, so a lovely surprise! The property and property manager Dinesh was very flexible with our late arrival and very helpful during our stay. We would absolutely come back in future!!!

Staying at Barbara’s place really made our time in Lisbon the best it could possibly be! My friend and I stayed at her place for 4 months while we studied in Lisbon and it was perfect. It is such a short walk to the santos train station, and also very close to all the best areas of Lisbon to eat, drink, shop, and have fun! The apartment itself was super clean and has everything you need:) Barbara is such a kind and warm person, she will welcome you with open arms! She is super communicative, helpful and accommodating. She gave us clear instructions to help us find the place and helped us with everything else upon arrival. She could not have been a better host, we felt so safe and at home. Overall, I would recommend Barbara’s place for a stay in Lisbon to everyone! Also, make sure to ask Barbara about her Italian restaurant for your favorite meal in Lisbon… her and her husband are as good of chefs as they are hosts!!❤️

This house is so charming and rare find in Lisbon. But the acoustics are terrible -as is in most old buildings in Lisbon- so you can listen to everything that is happen on the street. The host is very generous and has available products and produce in the kitchen, I felt very much at home. The living room needs furniture and carpet updating. Overall a great stay!

Beautiful apartment in central parts of lisboa, excellent restaurants around the corner and a superfriendly host. We absolutely loved it.

Very functional apartment, located in a quiet area, about a 30-minute walk from the heart of the city. Trams and buses near the apartment, which is equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Helena gave us jams and drinks for breakfast and this isa relevant upgrade. Highly recommended!

Very nice stay at Ralph's place. We were located in a independent house, 5 min away from the main building. The house was very lovely, isolated in the vast garden and particularly calm. We enjoyed very much.

Very comfortable apartment, cool and the pool is great. Very close to tourist places, easy to park. We would repeat.

I feel very fortunate to have found Justus’s Place. The accommodations were amazing and Justus and Allison are very friendly. Justus assisted me in finding my way around Lisbon! He makes delicious breakfasts every morning and made me feel relaxed and right at home. I feel I made a friend for life. 😀

Their love for the place, Portugal and people shows and it really is a super nice house to spend some chillaxed or active days at. Breakfast and dinners are amazing!! Our stay was absolutely fabulous! What a unique place...thank you for creating the perfect spot to unwind and the ideal romantic getaway. We adored your enchanting and serene garden; it was such a peaceful retreat. The jacuzzi and breakfast were absolute highlights, and we couldn’t get enough of it! Your warm welcome made us feel right at home, and we’re so grateful you shared this wonderful place with us. Spending time with your adorable dogs and cats added an extra special touch to our experience. We will definitely come back!

Thanks to the hospitality of Isabel, Carlos, Kevin and David you will feel at home. The house is fully pet-friendly and has a huge garden where your pets can have fun and play. In addition, the house has a perfect location to get around the area (Lisbon 40 minutes, Peniche 20 minutes away, Óbidos 20 minutes away...)
