Holiday rentals with breakfast in Litchfield County

My second stay, while participating in a driving school 25 minutes away at Lime Rock Park, was as good as my first stay last year. Kip is a thoughtful, attentive, and kind host. The blue room has a nice nautical vibe, and the shared bath is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ample and very tasty, served on my schedule (an early start). Goshen is in a lovely area and Kip’s place makes a great base for a visit or LRP event.

Kip was a wonderful host! He was kind and accommodating, especially when I learned that I needed to extend my trip for a funeral. Kip made it possible for me to extend my stay and made sure I had everything I needed on very short notice. If I find myself in the area again, I will look forward to staying at Kip’s B&B.

Robert’s home is our “go to” place to stay when we visit family in the area. It’s easy to come and go with lots of parking. Robert was very accommodating in allowing us to check in at a time convenient for us. The house is quiet. The bed is comfortable. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the common area. Robert is very friendly and has a wealth of knowledge about the area. We loved hiking around the farm. The views are beautiful.

Lili and Lu are two of the nicest people you will ever meet! Accommodating in every way! I stayed 4 nights with them. The room is clean, quiet and comfortable! Breakfast in the morning is delicious! I will be back to stay with them again for sure!

Our second visit to Shirley's place was very enjoyable (just like our earlier trip); this time, a family birthday and other business in the area. As many commenters have noted: lots of personal touches and an apartment that is clean and comfortable beyond expectations. We appreciate the spacious quarters and the privacy and quiet surroundings here, but Shirley's easy to reach if needed. Thanks. We had a wonderful week.

Marge was an amazing host who went to effort to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of. For example, in advance of our arrival she asked what type of bread and juice we preferred and if we wanted milk or cream for our coffee. She providd fresh eggs and even sent a dozen to our daughter who lives down the street. The apartment was welcoming, clean and cozy. The kitchen and pantry were well-supplied to meet our needs. We will definitely stay at Marge's next time we visit our daughter.

This is a great apartment - and Full Circle Property is a fantastic company to stay with! Every single question was answered within a short time (never more than 20 minutes) and everything was exactly as stated. The one floor, easy access from outside was easily navigated with a wheelchair and it really did feel like home. Would absolutely stay here again - and recommend to everyone!

Michelle was an amazing host! The best I’ve had. She was very nice, quick to respond with any questions my roommates and I had and she was also very accommodating. The Airbnb was very clean, very comfortable and in a good area close to the highway, grocery stores and food spots. I would definitely stay here again.

The reviews don’t lie! When you stay at Bill and Pamela’s, you feel like friends, not strangers! Never before had we had such friendly and caring hosts. They had fantastic recommendations, created a beautiful breakfast spread, and were just lovely to chat with. We will be spreading the word about this gem for sure!

We totally loved our stay! The town of Norfolk is so quaint. But Airbnb bed-and-breakfast, we felt right at home really loved the breakfast in the morning when we all sat around the table and had conversations with all the guests that were staying. I would definitely stay there if we return to the area.

Mary’s place is a charming little colonial farmhouse built in the late 1700s out in a beautiful rural part of CT. It is quirky and filled with signs of an earlier time while updated with modern conveniences. It’s not all shiny and new, so if that’s your thing, stay home. But if you want to be charmed with glimpses into the past, be surrounded by gorgeous countryside with parks galore and hiking at every level, and have an imagination that finds inspiration in glimpses of history, then this is your place!

We had a fabulous experience. We were in the area for a wedding at The Mayflower and this could not have been a better location. The room was so comfortable and pleasing to the eye! The breakfasts were delicious and the staff is amazing. The town of New Milford was charming with nice boutique- like shops and cute little restaurants. We lucked out with a street concert on Bank Street the evening we arrived, 3 blocks from our stay, so we kicked the long weekend off right. If we are ever back in the area, we look forward to the opportunity to stay at The Homestead again!

Renee was a very nice host. The room was clean and the bed comfortable!
