Stop looking & book this beautiful home! Extremely clean, spacious, love love love the way it's decorated. There are signs throughout the house explaining things which we found very helpful. The views are amazing...We truly felt like we could unwind and relax here. Comfortable beds; fun game-room! We enjoyed our time here, 2 couples & 2 dogs..plenty of space for all of us. I highly recommend Yokairis's home! The hosts are excellent communicators and very kind. If we ever plan to visit the area again, we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful scenery lovely home loved the amenities only the water pressure was low it’s nice comfy and peaceful if u need to rest or have family or friends to chill with but overall it was a great sport 😃

The Cottage at Blackberry River Inn was beautiful and exactly what we needed for the weekend. Breakfast was included and wonderful. This place is a gem and we will be back for sure.

My stay at the cottage was nothing short of beautiful and peaceful. Surrounded by nature, I felt completely disconnected from the chaos of everyday life, allowing me to truly unwind. The quiet mornings, fresh air, and cozy atmosphere made it the perfect retreat. The deep soaking tub was a wonderful touch—letting the warm water melt away all stress was exactly what I needed. I left feeling refreshed, reset, and ready to take on whatever comes next.

Sweet Dotties Cottage was better than expected. It was right on the water and even had a dock for our boat. It was very clean and exactly as described. The screened in porch was great at night. I highly recommend and will be visiting this property again.

Christienne was very responsive and helpful, the house was just as described and the location was so peaceful and quiet. Unfortunately I had to shorten my stay but I would absolutely be back if the opportunity presents itself.

This cute cottage’s was exactly what we were looking for. Our stay was short but Meredith gave us great suggestions for places to eat to help us avoid wasting our minimal time searching. On a fall weekend the neighborhood was quiet. It was a really nice weekend stay for us.

What a wonderful place to rest, relax, and maybe get a little bit of work done too. Home was perfect for the whole work from home situation with a extra monitor and everything. Also had a fully enclosed yard for the dogs. We spent the week up in Connecticut, in this wonderful home, that felt perfectly in between a hotel, and simply staying at a friend‘s house who was extremely clean, conscientious, and out of town. Would recommend to other others and will try to stay again.

A great stay. His often does one get to stay in an old schoolhouse. Historic space with with beautiful details finished with mid modern decor.

Stayed at Adam and Nicole’s place for two nights while attending a festival nearby. Was a good size for myself, my daughter and a friend. The place itself is adorable and comfortable. Like staying in the three bears house in the woods with wifi, and gorgeous private wooded backyard and view to the lake across the road. The upstairs was a little stagnant upon arrival, but we opened the windows and put the fans on, which made it much better for sleeping at night. The house book and notes were very helpful. Kitchen and bathroom clean and well stocked! Loved it! Best of all, the hosts were accommodating and communicative. 🥰

We've stayed several times over the past year or so--Ina's cottage is our favorite weekend getaway from the city. The setting is just right--you can see the sunrise and sunset from its hilltop location, which offers lovely views across the surrounding countryside. Last weekend, we watched bluebirds feeding in the meadows nearby. Inside, the cottage is charming and filled with characterful furnishings and decor. All is immaculate and thoughtfully equipped from kitchen to bathrooms for a comfortable stay. We love the privacy that Ina's space provides with options for good restaurants, swimming, and hiking nearby in surrounding towns. Ina, we loved the pumpkin and gourds in the cottage and thank you again for a delightful stay.

Bill and his place are absolutely amazing. I’d write a better review but I don’t want people to take it away from me. Just an amazing space and place.

We had a great fall weekend with friends at Bills place. Weather was gorgeous, did a few hikes, checked out a few local restaurants, grilled some steaks at the house, but mostly enjoyed the serenity by the river and enjoyed the fire pit each night. Bill was a great host who recommended a lot to do in the area, his house was furnished with just about everything we needed! He was very quick with a response if we had a question. It was a great get away at the most perfect time of year! Thanks to Bill for letting us use his home!

I was in a pinch to find a place quickly and stumbled upon Marie’s cottage. I’ve been a rider for nearly 20 years…so a horse rescue was ideal for me. The cottage is a lovely space with many horse decor accents. Marie was delightful and shared her rescue story with me at my request. The cottage is well stocked with all the basics you need. The bed was very comfortable—loved the cotton sheets and comforter. It was an incredibly peaceful location. In the morning, I opened the curtains and watched the horses as I drank my coffee. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return.

This home was wonderful. It had a cozy feel, great location, and had all the amenities needed for our snowboarding weekend. My kids also loved the murphy bed! Thank you for an amazing stay.

A little slice of heaven here! Check in was very easy & greeted by hosts. The cottage had everything we needed. Bring k-cups for the coffee maker though! Fridge & freezer & full kitchen, full bathroom. Spacious rooms, comfy bed & clean. We enjoyed our meals on the screened in porch while admiring the lake. Areas to sit by the water & swimming area w/dock. Floats & kayaks too! Very happy w/our stay!!!

The host contact was extremely responsive and helpful with setting up an early check-in. The home is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The driveway is very small but we had no problem tucking 4 cars in. Service in the area is shotty but good wifi in the house. Overall a lovely stay!
