Short ride to Sanibel and Fort Myers Beaches. Many fun activities close by, water park, amusements, mini golf and movie theater. Garage is made into a game room with Ping pong, bumper pool table & bikes. Cornhole is provided to use in backyard. Beautiful private heated saltwater pool, heated to 86* year round. (no child protection screen).
