Y Cartws is a private cottage on our sheep and beef farm near Efailwen, It's an ideal place to stay if you like peace and tranquillity. The location is very rural with stunning views and plenty of outdoor space for walks. Ideally situated in the middle of 3 counties, not far from the Preseli Hills Narberth is our closest little town, just a 15 minute drive away. Welsh city folk love to have a wonder around Narberth, where independent boutiques, restaurants and attractions make for a quirky town.

It nestles in a beautiful valley flanked by trees and hills and is the perfect place for a relaxing break. As you approach the property along the narrow country lane, be prepared to fall into the embrace of this peaceful and tranquil location. The cottage is well equipped and has a pretty garden surrounded by fields and woodland with a patio for alfresco dining or just being at one with nature.

Relax in our garden, overlooking the Preseli Mountains, enjoying our peaceful locality, or star gazing from the hot tub.

My accomodation is close to The Brechfa Forest mountain biking and walking trails,. Stunning views, friendly local pubs and restaurants. . You’ll love my cottage because of the peaceful situation, newly fitted kitchen, comfortable living room with Sky TV, wifi, high quality beds, sheets and towels..Well behaved dogs are welcome at £10 each per visit, the garden is fully enclosed on all sides. Please let us know if you require a double bed and 2 singles or 4 singles to be made up, thank you.

‘Bwthyn Cwch Y Gwenyn’ or ‘Beehive Cottage’ was built as a Coach House in 1884. With thick stone walls, central heating and a log burner, it’s now a cosy place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Teifi Valley. The river is renowned for great fishing and kayaking, and the surrounding area is popular with walkers and cyclists. 2 night minimum stay.
