Minimo un adulto di 27 anni. Ci sono 3 case (totale 15/17 letti.)in gennaio la temperatura in casa è di max 16 gradi Lenzuola e asciugamani 25.-chfr per persona. prenotazioni inferiori ad una settimana sono accettate solo nel mese precedente alla data della vacanza. Es ist eine kleine aber sehr gemütliche Wohnung. Der Schlafraum wird mit dem Wohnzimmer geteilt, dafür hat man von der Terrasse aus eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore und die Berge. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung wird Ihnen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bereiten! Bei mir ist es so, dass jeder Gast am Ende der Ferien, die Wohnung selber reinigt und schön sauber hinterlässt, vielen Dank! Leider gibt es in San Nazzaro kein Lebensmittelgeschäft mehr!

Casa San Martino im Besitz der Familie Zucconi seit 1901, liegt direkt an See des spektakulären Lago Maggiore, gegenüber den Brissago Inseln. Die 3 Wohnungen sind ruhig und hell mit Balkon und Blick auf den See. Zu Ihrer Verfügung steht der Garten mit Liegestühlen und direktem Zugang zum See. Fähren zu den Brissago Inseln und nach Ascona legen nur 30 meter entfernt ab. Die Bushaltestelle ist 50 meter entfernt.

The house is located in the quiet old town of Losone San Giorgio. Enjoy the wonderful Ticino atmosphere and the hospitality of the Bertola's. From here, in a few moments by bike, you can reach Locarno with its famous Piazza or the lakefront of Ascona, where you can enjoy aperitifs and dinners.

Nearby you find als COOP for your shopping.The lake with his nice promenade is a 3 minutes walk dinstance.
