The apartment is newly renovated and is ready to welcome guests. The apartment is 1 minute from the beautiful Los Locos beach and 5 minutes from the main promenade and the city center of Torrevieja. Bars, restaurants, shops and all the attractions of the resort are nearby. The location is amazing!👌☀️🌴🌊 In the apartment you will find everything you need to relax.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the "Elena" building and consists of a living room with kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, a second WC and a terrace overlooking the sea. The building has an elevator (accessible by no stairs) and a solarium located on the roof of the building.

The apartment is 50 meters from the sea. Located in one of the best urbanizations of Torrevieja - Aldea del Mar. The apartments are fully equipped for a great stay.
