La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. New entire accommodation, 10 minutes walk from amenities (shops, restaurants, cinema). Same for access to the port (pier for the island of Batz) and beaches. The large, covered terrace allows for a pleasant stay outdoors overlooking the waters of the Riviere de Morlaix, where the tidal change typical of Brittany can be well observed, even in not so perfect weather.
