Independent furnished studio of 18 m², located in the courtyard of a private house with terrace and access to the summer swimming pool in the Balzac district. Air-conditioned accommodation. It is located 10 min by bike from the city center/200 m from the Farcy Tramway station. Close to many shops, the St Nicolas pond in Balzac Park and Lake Maine. Located 5 km from Terra Botanica You will find (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, basic products...) For our guests, we apply the disinfection rules.

Notre chalet de montagne est unique en son genre dans notre belle région Angevine. A 20 mn d'Angers et sur la route des vins. Notre maison est spacieuse et chaleureuse, elle fait environ 200 M2. Elle n'attend que vous pour passer de bons moments en famille, entre amis avec les enfants. Prenez du bon temps été comme hiver : Vous pourrez vous installer autour de la piscine avec un bon apéritif et un barbecue l'été et l'hiver autour d'une bonne raclette dans son chaleureux salon, salle à manger.

Entièrement équipée, elle offre 2 chambres, véranda, jardin, piscine chauffée de juin à sept accessible de 10 à 12h et de 14 à 18h30, Wifi. Linge de lit et de bain en supplément 9€/personne. Activités : Châteaux ; Zoo La Flèche et Doué La Fontaine (1\2h), ParcTerra Botanica (20min) et Puy du Fou (50min), sports nautiques

Venez vous reposer à la campagne dans notre roulotte, à mi chemin entre Angers et Saumur, à deux pas des bords de Loire Située sur une parcelle de plus d'un hectare, vos voisins seront les chèvres et les moutons ! Que ce soit en couple ou en famille (2 adultes, 2 enfants) vous pourrez profiter de la piscine couverte chauffée de Mai à mi Octobre, ainsi que du jacuzzi (en option). Nous sommes à 30 min du Zoo de la Flèche et proche d'autres sites touristiques (châteaux, vignobles..)

La Belle Loire is the perfect place to meet with friends and family, with three large bedrooms and two sofa beds, one of which is independent. Quiet environment, surrounded by a large garden of more than 3000 m2 where our three little goats, Caramel, Nougat and Soda, live.

Welcome to our beautiful house in the peaceful Andard countryside. The house offers plenty of sleeping space across 4 spacious bedrooms and a very large dormitory. All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. The outdoor swimming pool (unheated) and the vast garden are perfect for enjoying the sun and the surrounding nature in peace and quiet. You can also relax in the spacious living room, which has a fireplace for cooler evenings.

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
