Functional and pleasant 40 m2 single-story house with private courtyard. It is located in the heart of a Charentais village near Rochefort and Fouras. You are also close to La Rochelle, Royan, Saintes and ideally located to discover the different beaches of our coasts and the islands of Ré, Oléron, Aix and Madame. For treatments, the accommodation is a 10-min drive from the Rochefort thermal baths (if necessary, bus 2 min walk). Linens and cleaning included

La Brijolie 450 m from La Biroire beach

House of around 80m² in a village close from the beach of La Biroire. 4 star classification obtained in 2021. Completely refurbished and nicely decorated in a cosy and warm style. Dining room/lounge, opened kitchen and toilets on the ground floor. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilets upstairs. The proprerty also has a large inner courtyard of 45m² with a nice terrasse and a barbecue to enjoy the oleron sunny days. The beach of La Biroire is 5mn walk away.

Gîte 1 La Chauvinière & Pool

Recently renovated mansion dating from 1719 with views of the countryside: La Chauvinière is an accommodation located in Tonnay-Charente, 1 km from amenities, 10 minutes from the beach and 25 minutes from La Rochelle This 70 m2 independent cottage is an accommodation adjoining those of the owners. It includes a beautiful living space: living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with hairdryer. Linens and towels are provided.

Appartement centre historique.

Apartment ideally located in the city center of La Rochelle, two minutes walk from the central market. It is located in the heart of the historic center, shopping streets, restaurants and the Old Port. Comfortable and bright apartment on the first floor. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms each with a double bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. I am currently looking for a parking space, I have not yet found one for this year.

Old house of 55 m², completely restored 12 km from La Rochelle, 7 minutes from the ocean, overlooking a large garden with heated pool (mid-May/end of September).
