Charming Chelsea Flat / Terrace London's West End

Located in the fashionable Chelsea area of London, within easy reach of all the attractions and walking distance of fine restaurants, pubs and the chic shopping on the famous Kings Road. Newly renovated, lovely high ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, and fully-equipped kitchen. Have a meal and relax in a bright bay window or outdoors at a bistro table on our private sheltered roof terrace. This is our second home - I'm sure you will also feel at home. Our Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with a private Roof Terrace is located in Chelsea and Kensington, in a quiet street just minutes away from Earls Court and South Kensington tube stations. We use this apartment ourselves so it’s important for us to have comfortable beds and quality furnishings, etc. I know this will be a distinct benefit for our guests too. Our boutique apartment has just been completely renovated to a high standard and features high ceilings / spacious living, hardwood floors throughout the apartment, a decorative fireplace and a lovely private Roof Terrace with plants (attached to a watering system), perfect for alfresco dining. We have electric standing Fans in both bedrooms and Sitting Room in the case of hot weather. The Master Bedroom has very good quality king size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a small double bed with under bed storage. There is also a sofa bed in the Sitting Room. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to help make you feel at home during your stay, including integrated dishwasher, washing machine, separate clothes dryer, fridge freezer, etc. We also supply a Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary coffee capsules during your stay. The modern tiled bathroom features a bathtub with overhead rainshower and large mirrors. In the Sitting Room there is a glass dining table and seating for four people. This provides a good work area for working at the computer, etc. There is a smart TV in the Sitting Room. Our objective is to do all we can to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. We are both life long Londoners and enjoy imparting our knowledge to help you explore and experience this great city. We are very happy to have an open line of communication with you to assist with your planning and reservations, etc. When your stay is confirmed we will email you our personal recommendations for local restaurants, travel, and local sights and help you in any way possible. Located on a quiet street in the heart of the fashionable Chelsea/Earls Court/South Kensington districts but close to many fine restaurants, bistros, and cafes. A short walk to the Kings Road provides some of the best shopping in London. Easy to travel around by train and on foot. London is a 'walking city'. Closest Underground station is Earls Court which is only 8 minutes walk away from our apartment. We love to unwind on our private roof Terrace with a glass of wine - hope you can too! The flat is located between Earls Court and South Kensington Tube Stations. Earls Court Station approximately 7 mins' walk and South Kensington 10 mins' walk. We recently completed a total renovation of our apartment. We are experienced in letting properties and aim to provide a high and responsive standard. We had previously lived in the apartment and let it for long term rentals so this is now new for short stays so, therefore, we have no reviews as yet for this apartment. Radiant Flat with a Charming Roof Balcony

Begin the day with a cup of tea on the sun-washed roof terrace before returning to a sparkling white kitchen to make breakfast. A comfy sofa offers a delightful spot to read a book within this crisp apartment in a charming Georgian building. This brand newly refurbished top floor flat is centrally located within minutes of Fulham Broadway tube, giving you versatile access to all of Central London. A bright and airy reception room enjoys a brand new kitchen with convection hob, oven, fridge, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. The open plan kitchen/ living room enjoys a bespoke fitted bench seating area. The reception has USB ports for charging your phone (please bring your phone cable) and a newly installed TV with Netflix. The reception rooms opens out onto a south west facing terrace overlooking mature trees that lead to the park. A perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an early evening drink, enabling you to soak up the buzzy atmosphere. Free Wifi is available. The bedroom suite enjoys bespoke fitted wardrobes with hangers and a brand new ensuite shower room with rain shower and feature lighting. We supply one set of fresh linen for your stay, Nespresso coffee, tea, milk, sweeties and a bespoke handbook to guide you to local restaurants and necessities. Whether your stay in London is for business, touring, shopping or simply pleasure, this is an ideal central location in London. To the rear of the building is access to coffee shops/ restaurants and a delightful park, with Boris Bikes available to rent should you fancy taking a tour. 07703004354 - I am virtually 24/7! There is a bus stop just outside the apartment with routes that offer short trips to popular London attractions. Harwood Road Apartments are ideally located very close to Fulham Broadway, giving you access to the whole of central London via the underground network and multiple bus services. The area has a buzzy vibe and a large collection of restaurants and shops offering a wide range of cuisine from French (Cote Brasserie) to Thai (£9.95 for a two course lunch opposite the flats) to Byron Burger to an Oyster Bar. There is a gym, cinema and a beautiful park (with tennis courts) all within a stones throw!

Superior self contained Annexe near Orpington Stn.

Beautiful sparkling clean accommodation. Own entrance, spacious double bedroom, luxury shower room and kitchenette, all self-contained and separate from hosts side of the house. Peaceful location in the town of Orpington with private parking. 10 minute walk from Orpington Station with excellent rail links to Central London, only 15 minutes (fast train) to London Bridge. We are a pet free home. We love our home and ask guests to treat it with respect.
