Thank you for the comfortable stay at this lovely carriage house apartment. Location was quiet, apartment was very clean, there is comfortable sitting space for reading and relaxing, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for a week visit to the area. This place is a lovely home to return to after a day out. Nicely decorated too. Thank you for having this opportunity to stay in your carriage house apartment. We plan to return.

Lisa was very helpful and welcoming. She was able to tell me the history of the neighborhood and her home. She also introduced me to a local Portuguese restaurant. I wish I’d had time to see more of Lowell during my visit. The garage, guesthouse apartment is an architecturally interesting space that is nicely furnished. It was the perfect private space for my 2 ½ week stay.

Victorian Charm IS charming! It’s also clean, convenient, safe, quiet, surprisingly spacious (2 sitting areas separate from the 2 bedrooms!), comfortable and very cozy. It checked all the boxes! Staying here was truly delightful. We came to Derry for The Cheap Marathon and this lodging was the perfect location for us. Cheryl is very responsive and friendly but respects your space. We arrived to find hostess gifts of fresh eggs from her hens (made a divine omelette!) and chocolates. She gave us a lunch/gift shop recommendation for our last day as we headed out of town and it was so good. She checked on our needs daily through the app. Victorian Charm not only has a full-sized kitchen, it also has full-sized washer & dryer. And my favorite amenities, a toaster oven and electric kettle. It was also nice to have a shower-tub combo instead of just a standup shower stall. A good soak in the tub can do wonders. There’s a round dining table in the turret part of the floor plan. So cute!!
