The container home at Buckhorn Farm

Get away from it all with this, rustic tiny home situated on a small farm. Sit out front and enjoy the sunset while you watch the horses, donkeys, goats and cows. We do ask you only feed the animals the provided treats. There is no wifi available, you can use your hotspot on your cell for the tv. Microwave and grill with a side burner for cooking. No indoor stove or oven. Toilet and sink inside, shower is outside. Close to downtown Wilmington and the beaches! Lots of local history as well!

The Riverbend @ Old River Acres

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The Riverbend is located just outside of Wilmington NC in the quaint town of Burgaw. Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Enjoy the dock, shoot some pool and play some foosball. This place has everything.

Relax in a small Cabin behind our Log Home on a private gravel road with an inside wood-burning fireplace. There is a small kitchen,a bedroom with a full bed, an electric fireplace and bathroom with just a portable toilet.Guests will be able to use the full bathroom in the main house which is sectioned off from the rest of the house and a private entrance .This not a shared bathroom, it is dedicated for our guests .The cabin also has a sleeping loft with full /twin bed . Beaches, downtown Wilmington, UNCW, all within a 15 minute drive.

Wilmington's "Jungle Room"

We would like to extend a warm Southern welcome to all of our Guests staying in Wilmington's "Jungle Room." The separate Guest room is set in a beautiful tropical garden full of interesting and fascinating plants-palms, staghorn ferns, colorful bromeliads, and many more. One of our hobbies is propagating these plants because of their beauty and overall dramatic effect. If we've done it right, you can easily imagine you are in a tropical rain forest right here in Southeastern NC!

Quiet Carriage House in Wilmington.

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!

Pet Fee: $25 Early check in/late check out: $25 Interested in "tiny home" living? The Bird's Nest is a cozy ATTIC space turned into an apartment! The ceilings range from 6 ft 5", dipping lower at the roof lines! Private entrance on the side of the home. 1 mile from the downtown riverwalk, 8 miles from Wrightsville Beach, & in the center of the inner-city/downtown area. The historic Market Street is 2 blocks over, which heads both downtown & to the beach.

Red Fox Farm- "Kit" near Downtown Wilmington

Tucked away on a serene 10-acre farm, this guest space blends rustic charm with subtle sophistication. Enjoy the sounds of clucking chickens, a mini donkey grazing nearby, and a rescue pup. The Lake Cottage

The Lake Cottage is located across the street from Greenfield Lake. It is a 3 minute walk to the Amphitheater and 9 minute walk to the Park Center with boat rental, playground, skakeboard park, and Pickleball Courts. There is a 4.5 paved trail that runs around the lake across the street. The Lake Cottage lies down its own private walkway and has a fairly-land feel about it.
