My place is 300m from the beach and the village on foot. Cozy and pleasant, a real haven of peace. It has its particular entrance through the garage. Located on the ground floor of the villa (ground floor of the pool) it is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will enjoy the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port, its shops, bars... You will appreciate my accommodation for its location, its comfort and its calm with also the sound of the sea!

An outdoor terrace is shown, furnished with a dining table and chairs under a large umbrella. The modern building features large glass doors that provide access to the interior, with a wooden façade that adds warmth to the design.
