This spacious house can accommodate 14 people and is set in a magnificent enclosed garden with trees of 3500m2 Set back from the road and surrounded by gardens, the villa is quiet. Located at about 1500m from the beach Les Conches and the surf spots, you can go there by foot or by bike. You will find a grocery shop a few meters away, cafes and restaurants in the street that leads to the beach.

Atypical 50' villa on stilts between forest & beach

The house, which has the A.C.R.* label, was designed by an architect in 1960. Near the beach, on its stilts, it looks like a UFO. It is furnished in the style of the period. Its south-facing terrace, large garden and "plancha corner" under the house offer different relaxing atmospheres. On foot: walks in the forest or on the beach, swimming, beach bars, etc. By bike: shops, markets, bars/restaurants. Getaways: Sables-d'Olonne, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Marais Poitevin, Venise Verte...
