This spacious house can accommodate 14 people and is set in a magnificent enclosed garden with trees of 2500m2. Set back from the road and surrounded by gardens, the villa is quiet. Located at about 1500m from the beach Les Conches and the surf spots, you can go there by foot or by bike. You will find a grocery shop a few meters away, cafes and restaurants in the street that leads to the beach.

Hello, I present to you my main house (therefore fully equipped). 90 m2 house + 1 30 m2 apartment in the garden, 2 independent spaces, 2 bedrooms, 3 double beds + 2 single beds (the mattresses are new). The 2 living rooms are equipped with a sofa that converts into a real bed (new). The heating system is a pellet stove and radiators, the kitchens are all equipped, cooking utensils with range and American fridge (water/ice cube). 0 cleaning fee, leave clean.
