Located at about 1500m from the beach Les Conches and the surf spots, you can go there by foot or by bike. You will find a grocery shop a few meters away, cafes and restaurants in the street that leads to the beach.

The house, which has the A.C.R.* label, was designed by an architect in 1960. Near the beach, on its stilts, it looks like a UFO. It is furnished in the style of the period.
