Our single-storey house has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room, equipped kitchen, terrace with barbecue, and air conditioning. Come and immerse yourself in a green setting and let yourself be lulled by bird song. You'll also enjoy eating on your private terrace with stunning views. This independent accommodation is located above our house. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool and garden. The bottom of the garden overlooks the lake, kayaks are available to you.

Ideally located, just 5 minutes from the town center of Jard sur Mer and 10-15 minutes from Boisvinet Beach through the forest, you can enjoy your stay without using the car. Beds are made upon arrival, towels, hygiene and cleaning products are provided, the coffee machine is filled, all you have to do is enjoy.
