Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Our newly renovated cottage welcomes you for a getaway in the countryside! Relax and quiet guaranteed to the sounds of trees and birds. Surrounded by fields, the maisonette is adjoining our home, with independent entrance and exterior. It is 12 minutes from Le Rocher Beach. Bakery 5 mins by car; supermarket, press, pharmacy, in the center of Longeville-sur-Mer. For fresh organic eggs, it's a 5-minute walk away! And Ô'Gliss is 5 minutes away!

Enclosed house 1.3 km from Le Rocher beach by the bike path. Parking, garden furniture, barbecue WE of the ascent: rental from Thursdays to Sunday minimum Rental for groups of at least 6 people from Saturday to Saturday. It can host up to 10 adults + 3 children. I rent to fewer groups in the week during the year based on a price for 1 person for one night and €19per additional person. No dishwasher or WiFi.
