This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Beautiful spacious studio with a separate bedroom and lots of light. Not facing parking lot! Facing a quiet outdoor space. Hi Speed WiFi, meters from the beach and minutes from spectacular Golden Mile and Los Cristianos, with all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment they offer. Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.

Large wardrobe, king-size bed of 150x190, sofa, table 80/110x70 , TV led and WI-FI. Wonderful terrace double sea view: on the right Las Americas sea view and on the left Los Cristianos sea view!

The apartment has been recently renovated, it is fully equipped and finely furnished. It consists of a sleeping room, a kitchen and living, bathroom and a large private terrace above the building shared with the other two apartments in the building. The apartment is located in La Caleta, few minutes away from the Parque Protegido and five minutes walking from the beach. Parking space is available and bus stop is five minutes walking distance

My nice and familiar apartment is equipped to enjoy a great vacation. From the terrace you can see spectacular sunrises over the sea, eat in delicious restaurants nearby or have a drink, practice water sports or simply lie on the sand. You will be welcome as a guest if you understand the concept of Airbnb. It is not a hotel but my home, with its virtues and defects, but prepared with all the affection to make your stay pleasant.
