Die Apartements befinden sich im Schloss Irmelshausen, einem besonders historischem Ambiente. Im Schlosspark kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und die Ruhe genießen. Kinder können dort das Spielhaus, den Sandkasten, die Nestschaukel oder die Slagline und das Trampolin zum toben benutzen, die Erwachsenen ein Buch auf den Daybeds lesen.

Du kannst eine pure Naturerfahrung machen und in unserem See, der sich direkt auf dem Grundstück befindet baden oder die Draußen-Dusche nutzen. Es gibt viel zu entdecken, da es sich um ein großes, naturbelassenes Gelände handelt.

Be a guest in our newly furnished apartment, where you can relax perfectly due to the quiet location. Or you can spend the day at Lake Erlabunn, which is perfectly within walking distance (950 meters) and return in the evening to one of the numerous hedgerow inns in the village. With the bus stop, which is just across the property, you can easily arrange a city day in Würzburg or Karlstadt. Shopping facilities are about 3 minutes away by car.

The apartment offers up to 6 sleeping accommodations (2x double beds, 2x single beds) and is equipped with a spacious combined kitchen/living room. The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake in Lower Franconia (about 17 hectares) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. Core removed by 2017 according to KfW standard and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .
