The apartment is centrally located in the spa town of Gersfeld. Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, etc. are within easy walking distance in under 10 minutes. The flat is a separate accommodation unit in the annex of our main house (with a separate entrance). So you have your peace and quiet, but we're close by if you have any questions. Equipped with a kitchen-diner, cosy bedrooms and a bathroom, it has everything you need for your holiday. The kitchen-diner is one floor above the bedroom and can only be reached via a staircase. Looking forward to it!

Our beautiful holiday apartment in the listed "Alte Mühle" is located in the painters' village of Kleinsassen in the middle of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve, right at the foot of the Milseburg. It offers an ideal starting point for hikes and excursions to nearby Fulda and the Rhön, and in summer, shared use of the beautiful garden and pool. The apartment is in a quiet location and has a separate entrance. The Kunststation Kleinsassen offers a great programme for those interested in culture, including a café.

Quiet living near the city (Tiny House)

The apartment with separate entrance is located in the annex. It is in a very quiet location, but with good connections to Frankfurt, Fulda and Aschaffenburg. It is important to us that you feel at home and take a break from everyday life. Our apartment is comfortable and equipped to a high standard. We pay great attention to cleanliness and hygiene, and therefore also charge a general cleaning fee of €35. Fresh bed linen and towels are included.

Bright cozy in-law apartment Bikers welcome

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance. Motorcyclists welcome, landlords drive themselves. Pets on request. The 43 sqm apartment has a large living area with an open kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a separate bedroom. A small terrace with privacy and direct access to the apartment gives the apartment a special flair. The fold-out "living area" can make room for 1-2 more people.
