The apartment in the beautiful old sandstone house was completely renovated in 2021/22 and lovingly and comfortably prepared. At approx. 90 square meters, the spacious apartment offers plenty of space for families, fitters or simply guests who do not want to forego any amenities while on vacation. The apartment is centrally located in the heart of Bürgstadt: bakeries, butchers, an ice cream parlor, restaurants & playgrounds are within walking distance. The apartment is fully equipped with a washing machine, play corner and more.

Our vacation home is located in a farmhouse that was completely renovated in 2021/2022 in the beautiful Steigerwald, in the center of Trabelsdorf, approx. 10 minutes by car from Bamberg. The apartment is centrally located in the center of town with a bus stop right outside the door and is less than a 5-minute walk from Trabelsdorfer Schlosspark with lake landscape. In the yard you will find free parking and a bicycle shed. Whether it's a bike tour, sightseeing or a beer hike - we look forward to seeing you soon!

Vacation Apartment Old Town Hall

The vacation apartment Altes Rathaus is located in a historic building and has been renovated in a modern style. It is located directly on the Main-Tauber-Franconian cycle path and the famous Jakosweg hiking trail. Central location for trips to Rothenburg, Würzburg and Wertheim, only about 120 km each to Frankfurt, Stuttgart and Nuremberg. The large terrace is fenced and therefore ideal as a run for accompanying dogs. There are great hiking trails in the vineyards, bike and canoe rental nearby.

The attic apartment (50 m²) offers an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking. Within walking distance you can reach a large children's playground, a beer garden and in 10 minutes you are in the old town of Wertheim. Supermarkets are a few minutes away by car or bike. The direct location on the Main gives you all the opportunities for fishing, canoeing or swimming. E-bike friendly! Bicycles can be parked and charged in the garage. The garden is available for use.

Our apartment “Im Schafft'l” is located in the beautiful wine village of Ramsthal, in a side valley of the Franconian Saale in the district of Bad Kissingen on the edge of the Rhön. The location is ideal for numerous excursions. Start directly at the apartment on a well-signposted hike through the Ramsthal vineyard landscape or on the poetic forest hiking trail. Linger at the “terroir f”, one of the “magical places” of Franconian wine and a popular vantage point.

The 70sqm apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with 2 comfortable sofa beds, a dining room, a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, and a separate toilet. Distance to the A66 motorway and Gelnhausen train station 3 minutes. From there you can reach Frankfurt am Main/airport, Offenbach, Hanau, Fulda in a short time. The city center and the historic old town of Gelnhausen, with numerous shops and all well-known supermarkets, are 3 kilometers away.

Die Ferienwohnung im fränkischen Landhausstil ist frisch renoviert. Hierbei wurde besonderer Wert auf die Verwendung unbehandelter Edelhölzer gelegt. Die atmungsaktiven Sandsteinmauern des historischen Gebäudes sorgen sowohl zur kalten, als auch zur warmen Jahreszeit für ein sehr angenehmes Raumklima. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Hauseingang mit Terrasse, Hof und Parkmöglichkeiten. In der Küche eine zweite Terassentüre mit direktem Zugang zum Garten.

This small, approx. 50 sqm granny apartment is located on the outskirts of Schotten, on the edge of the Vogelsberg/Hoherodskopf. Here you can go hiking or cycling perfectly. Shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has one bedroom (bed 2 × 2 m)/bathroom/kitchen-living room and a small covered terrace. A parking space is right by the house. Bicycles can be parked on/next to the terrace and charged if needed.

Apartment 25 - Vacation apartment in Marktbreit

Right on the bike path, below the vineyard, our little feel-good place is hidden behind an old industrial yard - Apartment 25. Between the vineyards and the Main, our apartment shows a special side - a bit vintage, a bit playful - maybe a little unusual - but that's why it's special. And always with a lot of coziness! You can discover Marktbreit and the surrounding wine villages, but the small terrace also invites you to linger.

Pure nature! The idyllic town of Bischofsheim is located directly on the Lower Franconian Rhön Biosphere Reserve at the foot of the Kreuzberg. Adjacent to fields and meadows is our vacation home, which invites you to relaxing days or active hiking, mountain biking, skiing days. With a magnificent view of Finkelberg and Kreuzberg, you can relax. Simply feel good on the covered terrace and listen to the calls of the red kite.
