The stylish residence named Villa Croll, also known as Düker Villa in Laufach after the name of the industrialist Düker, is situated in a quiet location near the forest. The villa, with 286 m² of living space, offers plenty of room for larger groups and is ideal for family reunions, work meetings or shared sports weekends. There are two kitchens, three bathrooms and a guest toilet in the house. There is a barbecue area, a patio and games for young and old in the garden. A party tent can be booked in addition.

Our country villa is a listed half-timbered house from the 18th century and has been lovingly renovated. It is located in picturesque Königsberg, surrounded by half-timbered houses and vineyards.
