The Old House

We are located in rural Normandy, France, 500m from a small village. Our home consists of an original house and attached barn conversion. We live in the barn conversion and it is the original house which is the accommodation offered here. The lounge has been maintained in the French style. The upstairs bedroom and ensuite bathroom are more modern. The accommodation has its own entrance. Outside are two garden areas for your private use which include table, chairs, parasol.

Pièce principale avec baby-foot, cuisine aménagée et équipée, wc, buanderie, garage avec table de ping-pong, et jeu de fléchettes. A l'étage : salle d'eau avec wc, deux chambres lit double, et une chambre cabane (un lit double en bas, un lit simple intermédiaire, et un lit simple en haut). Jeux et livres pour enfants. Cette propriété du XVIII ème siècle se situe dans un domaine privé au calme et verdoyant dédié au amoureux de la nature. Ce domaine vous séduira par sa tranquillité et son authenticité. Une partie des anciennes écuries du Château de Grosmesnil a entièrement été rénovée en 2016 afin de pouvoir accueillir 6 personnes avec ses 3 chambres et ses 2 pièces d'eau. La décoration a été soignée et raffinée afin d'allier le charme de l'ancien et le contemporain.

It is an intimate one bedroom retreat with central suspended fireplace, modern underfloor heating and water heating from a modern air-air heat pump. Luxury and comfort are assured with dishwasher and washer/dryer, and the setting is completely private for the perfect romantic getaway.

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
