Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

Our tiny house is the perfect base for cyclists, hikers, short-stay vacationers or ornithologists. Lake Sumter is only a few minutes' walk away. The Elbe is 4 km away. The light-flooded tiny house has 2 sleeping places with TV in the "upper deck." 2 more people can stay on a pull-out couch. There is a well-equipped kitchen and under the walnut tree you can linger and relax on a 20 sqm terrace with a grill.
