In the summer, in the village, you can enjoy the municipal swimming pool and its leisure base. You will be 15 minutes from La Fleche Zoo, and Lude Castle, and 35 minutes from Le Mans 24h circuit

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with access to the Loir, ideal for fishing lovers. There is an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, shower room and separate toilet. A few kilometers from the Voie Verte for safe walks. 15 minutes from La Flèche Zoo, Lake Monnerie, just 10 minutes from Le Lude and its castle. Between Le Mans and Angers, the Domaine des Fontaines welcomes you to its "Le Cocon" cottage. Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.
