You can expect plenty of space, a 3.60 m wide family bed, a spacious garden, an outdoor sauna for up to 6 people and an 8 × 4 m pool. Quietly located, private and ideal for families, friends and shared breaks in the countryside.

It offers enchanting, stylishly furnished rooms, wonderful niches and retreats. You can linger and relax in the garden and in the forest. We are surrounded by wonderful nature and enchanting villages. Our house is also ideal for day workshops and offsite meetings. Projector, screen and flipchart are available.

You will stay in a 32 m² room with a private bathroom (shower & bathtub), a kitchenette and a private balcony in a great villa from the 1930s. Brand new is the sauna hut including a small pool & outdoor shower in the large garden. The house has direct access to the forest and a former pool house, which is used as a small workshop / creative space. The former pool will soon be awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber.

The detached house is located in the Ferndorf district with direct transport links to the B 508. The train station is a 15-minute walk away. The rooms in the listed villa can be reached via a separate side entrance and the open staircase and are located on the first and second floor of the house. They are simple and functional. Guests have a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower at their disposal.
