Holiday rentals with a kayak in Lugano District

Excellent spot with a beautiful view. Plenty of room for 2 people. Kitchen is well equipped to cook home cooked meal and enjoy the beauty of the lake. Check in was smooth and Gian welcomed us and showed us around. Highly recommended!

A very nice little cottage in which we immediately felt comfortable. Ana and Carlos decorated it with a lot of love for detail - looks exactly like the photos. Although the kitchen is small, it has generous amenities, as we have rarely seen, even for the children there was nothing missing. We received clear instructions in advance and during the stay and Carlos responded quickly and comprehensively to our questions. We were able to enjoy our little break despite the rain. :)

We felt very comfortable at the place. The host welcomed us personally and nicely upon arrival. Parking is very stress-free directly a parking space next to the house. We especially enjoyed the wonderful and unique view, to see practically directly from the bed / room ☺️ absolutely recommended and we will be happy to come back! Thank you for the unforgettable stay

The apartment exactly matches the description: it is new, very clean and equipped with every comfort. It also has mosquito nets on the windows and convenient parking. The only thing that's a little annoying is the bell tower on the other side of the lake, which at Christmas plays a serenade at midnight and New Year's Eve the first chimes at 7:30 in the morning. Otherwise, the location is quiet and evocative, with a splendid view of the water in front of the Italian side. The area is ideal for pleasant walks and, during the summer, it must be really lovely. Communication with Urs was great and pleasant. We had the pleasure of meeting him in person when he offered us to change the towels in the middle of the stay, a really welcome attention.

Mirko is an exceptional host, very welcoming and responsive, sensitive to the satisfaction of her tenants and a rare kindness! (recommendations, tips, available...). We spent a week there, the accommodation was spotless, consistent with the photos and comfortable, the view of the lake is very pleasant. If we come back to the area we will take over the same place without hesitation.

This one is a real gem. The instructions to find the apartment and let ourselves inside were some of the most helpful we have ever received. We instantly felt at home, including our dog :). Having a parking space was really appreciated for the area, as we enjoyed walking to the neighborhood cafes and restaurants. We explored the region, thanks to the provided maps and guidebooks and since there’s so much to do we are hoping to return soon! The apartment spotless and offers everything that you need - and the backyard is a bonus. The host is friendly and responsive. We fully recommend this place.

Rustic style house but perfectly equipped. Large terrace and beautiful balcony with magnificent lake views. Quiet but easy to access for a side of the mountain, convenient garage. Shopping in Locarno or Italy (cheaper...). Remote host but very responsive and friendly. Nice terrace/view restaurant 5mn away (Osteria Vairano). Perfect base camp to visit the whole area, obviously beautiful.

With a group of friends, we started the new year at Villa Sciamina. The house is very nice and has a great view over Lagio Maggiore. Oscar was very friendly & was also very flexible regarding arrival/departure times. It was a great experience!
