The house is very quiet and you can reach it in about 7 minutes' walk uphill from the private parking lot or on foot from the public parking lot in Canedo in about 15 minutes on a flat path. There is no direct car access.

The one-bedroom apartment on the lower floor and accessed by an external staircase has a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and a garden! The newly renovated and lovingly furnished Bellavista vacation home is located on a beautiful hillside overlooking Lake Maggiore. Located at the end of an 80-step staircase (see pictures - fitness program included :-)), you have an unobstructed view of nature, the lake and Ascona from every room, pool and garden seating area. The house is rented to a maximum of 4 adults and up to 3 children. Pool season from May - September.
