It lies in the exclusive district of Lugano - Castagnola, at the foot of Monte Bre’ , "the sunniest mountain in Switzerland", 50 meters from Lake Lugano, and with a splendid view over the lake and the majestic Mount San Salvatore. It is at the beginning of the idyllic path along the lake to Gandria, past the beautiful beach " San Domenico " and some romantic restaurants.

There is no direct car access.

The newly renovated and lovingly furnished Bellavista vacation home is located on a beautiful hillside overlooking Lake Maggiore. Located at the end of an 80-step staircase (see pictures - fitness program included :-)), you have an unobstructed view of nature, the lake and Ascona from every room, pool and garden seating area. The house is rented to a maximum of 4 adults and up to 3 children. Pool season from May - September.

Casa Amélie, inhabited until the end of the 20th century by an elderly village schoolteacher, aunt of the owners of the building, has a well on the ground floor, which was used to supply water to the house in the early 1900s.
