House holiday rentals in Lugano District

We loved spending our week-long stay with our two kids and dog at this villa. As soon as the door opens, you arrive at this beautiful and gigantic entrance hall that gives access to all the rooms of the house and attracts you to the outside where the view is just amazing. The indoor space is very large, clean and well kept. The decoration and furniture are old style but of high quality which makes all the charm of this villa. The outdoor area and large pool are well-maintained and offers breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The contacts I had with Alex and Claudia (hosts) were very nice and their responses were very quick. Their directions are clear and they also inform us about the activities to discover nearby/shops/restaurants which is very useful. Thanks to them for allowing us to create wonderful memories!

Pietro was an amazing host with an absolutely stunning home. We enjoyed every minute we spent there and just hope next time it can be for a longer trip.

Very nicely furnished, fully renovated house. The lake and mountain views are breathtaking. The pool was still heated and pleasant for swimming. It has cozy seating inside as well as outside. Would love to come in the summer. Hannes is very quick to respond to requests. Everything is described so professionally and clearly that there is not much to clarify. Highly recommend. Perfect location, close to everything. Our host treated us very well and gave us top service. Apartment is cosy, quiet and have good air conditioning.

The accommodation fully corresponded to the online information and was very appealing to us! It was extremely positive that we were able to enjoy ourselves from the beverage/snack bar during our four-day stay, which saved us from towing drinks. Although free, we have voluntarily honored this possibility monetarily, as it is not self-evident. Because the weather was very cool and accompanied by snow during our stay, the air conditioning offered a good way to quickly bring the living area to the pleasant area in terms of temperature without using the fireplace, which would have been possible. The large TV as well as the corner sofa have invited you to stay, especially in these unfortunately nasty weather conditions. The numerous kitchen utensils offer more than enough opportunity to indulge yourself. Very convenient: The dishwasher. The interactions with Andrea were functional, efficient, forward-looking, and friendly.

We had a wonderful time here. We were a group of 7 people, the house big enough. It is equipped with everything we needed. The pool and garden, forecourt and terrace are priceless. The house is 2 minutes from the bus stop We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at the chalet, which is perfectly equipped and with a recent appliances, which made our stay very comfortable. The place is clean and quiet in the middle of the forest, ideal for relaxing as a family. The charm of the place, combined with its warm atmosphere, was particularly appreciated by our children. Only small downside: access to carry luggage is a little difficult because of the difference in elevation but it remains a detail in the face of the quality of the overall experience.

We enjoyed the days at Casa Unione very much. The terrace is a dream, the apartment is equipped with everything you could want and the location is also great (bus stop, hiking trail right outside the front door)

Nataliya gave us a tour of the house with her son who speaks English at the beginning and also left us little touches (wine, chocolate). The place was quaint and very clean.

Wonderful host. We had to work through a few adjustments together as I had no experience with certain climate and environment situations and the host helped me through and made me feel comfortable.

We were very happy with our stay. The place was clean and as described. There are two bus lines that go regularly from and to the train station/Lugano city center. The kitchen was very well equipped. I would recommend bringing mosquito repellent in September as there are many in Ticino around that time. Luckily the house had screens on most windows.

Very cozy place with charm. We had a very nice time with our 3 children/teenagers and especially enjoyed the proximity to the lake and the gelateria very much. Jannika is very friendly and responds very, very quickly to requests.

Unfortunately we had a scheduling conflict in lugano so we couldn't stay but interacting with the host was lovely and understanding. Great interaction!

Starting from the village where the house that looks like movie scenery is, everything there is really charming! The house is perfect for a family of four, it has everything required for a quiet stay. Nearby bus stop and large market less than three kilometers away. Communication was great, quiet and very helpful.

The Host is very kind, communication has always been quick and easy. The apartment was clean and cute, great for enjoying some serenity from the noisy cities. Recommended.

Great space for eight people, easy to walk to train station and easy bus to station(s) as well.

My daughter and I spent unforgettable days in Milena's quiet and beautiful house with a fantastic garden and direct access to the lake. Everywhere there are places to linger, be it for sunbathing, reading, apero or eating. The spacious and very clean house is very nicely decorated and has everything you need. Everywhere you have a fantastic view of the lake. The location is perfect, the bus stops very close, so you are quickly in Lugano, Como or Melide even without a car. Morcote is a few minutes' walk away. Milena is truly a Superhost, she was always there for us if we had any questions. Since our car had to be repaired, she also organized everything with the garage. A big thank you also to her son Renato! This property has earned 6 stars!

Nice house with an AMAZING garden and view. The house was well supplier with everything I needed. Lovely residential neighbourhood. Host was extremely quick at replying. Only downside to this house is the unfortunate tiger mosquitos in the garden… bring strong mosquito repellent.

What a fantastic house and place this is! A very spacious house with everything you need and a lovely garden with super nice views. With a clear view, you can look at the snowy peaks. We had a fantastic stay and Claudio and Orlando are very welcoming and helpful.

Our week at Livia's place with 8 guests was beautiful. The house has a fantastic view and is well located for hiking. Livia is an extremely friendly and proactive person who wants to ensure her guests a comfortable stay. We would love to come back!

In short: simply fantastic!! Beautiful garden with unique views. Perfect for a BBQ with friends or family. Within 10 minutes from paradise to the city. Hiking trails or bike trails are super easy and easy to reach. TIP: Visit the botanical garden and swing over Lake Lugano on the World Swing. We will be back!!

Very nice architectural house from the 60’s in a very nice community, Cademario/Lisone - we had a great stay there. The house was big and had a lot of amenities. The view and surroundings are also great!
