Our house is nestled amidst 3’000 square meters green, garden and trees overviewing Lugano Lake. The chirping of birds and the surrounding nature of this place bring you back to earth and balance. The main room has access to its own roof-top terrace from where to glaze at the stars at night. The nights are silent and cradle you into a sound restoring sleep. You are in easy reach of Lugano (30 min by car) but also of hiking, biking, or paragliding opportunities in beautiful Malcantone region.

The historic Palazzo dei Ulivi was built in 1685. We have converted 5 studios with kitchen and 3 rooms. 3 studios with about 30 m², one suite with kitchen 100 m² 1 studio with kitchen about 34 m² The 3 rooms are 22-28 m². The park is about 1000 m². It also has 1 swimming pool (closed from the end of September) Barico is located between 2 lakes, one Lake Lugano and the other Lake Maggiore. In Malcantone there is a wine-growing area that is about 12 km from Lugano.

Enjoy our lush oriental garden, full of flowers and plants, from which you have a spectacular view of the lake. Our house is just a few steps from restaurants and the lake, where you can easily swim. Ideal location for hiking and visiting cities, both in Switzerland and Italy.

La villa si trova nel nucleo storico di Gentilino (Collina d'Oro). Dispone di un giardino 400 mq recintato, soleggiato con alberi e orto. Ci sono locali comuni con altri ospiti. Salotto e cucina. La colazione NON è inclusa. E' possibile usare il frigo per i propri alimenti o i fornelli per cucinare. Nel rispetto degli altri ospiti si prega di riordinare quanto usato.
