the place is amazing, in a very quiet area with beautiful view of the lake. You feel comfortable like right at home. Everything is prepared in the house, you can cook, wash cloth and everything you will need during your stay. Erica is super helpful to introduce and reply to all our questions. highly recommend the place will for sure come back next time.

Stayed in 6 people on New Year's Eve. Host Urs was nice and helpful. Comfortable accommodation in a complex overlooking the lake on the border with Campione d 'Italia easily accessible on foot. The only drawback is the really minimal kitchen, made inside a piece of furniture.

Georg and Raquel were very nice and thoughtful hosts. You could always reach out to them with questions. The apartment is nicely bright, well equipped, clean and well located. We felt very comfortable. Thank you.

Absolute gem of a location with a host that goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. Any questions were answered and resolved super quickly. Host is gracious, polite and very friendly. Location could not be better - walking distance to everything! Flat is spacious and has everything you need to feel at home! This was our apartment when we moved continents and we could not be happier!

Extended weekend with family (parents with 4 children between 18 and 11 years old). We loved this little cottage at the top of the village, very quiet - away from the main roads. Very renovated interior very modern and convenient, but with the charm of an old building. Close to public transport and well located between Lugano and Locarno - ideal for discovering the region (culture, walking, hiking). We didn't use the kitchen - but it seemed to us well equipped (maybe missing a large pot to make spaghetti for 6 people). Bruno was very responsive and easily reachable. We hope to come back another time to stay longer!

Beautiful villa directly on the lake. With beautiful views over the lake and mountains. Reachable by public transport, direct stop above the house. We had a nice time and enjoyed it very much 🙏

We had a lovely stay at Mila's, in a spacious, bright, pleasant to live in, remodeled with great care. However, it was very hot, it would have to put outside blinds on the windows.

Mirella provides a piece of jewelry with this apartment that you are always happy to come back to. Fie view is fantastic, so is the house. We really enjoyed our time here.

The accommodation fully corresponded to the online information and was very appealing to us! It was extremely positive that we were able to enjoy ourselves from the beverage/snack bar during our four-day stay, which saved us from towing drinks. Although free, we have voluntarily honored this possibility monetarily, as it is not self-evident. Because the weather was very cool and accompanied by snow during our stay, the air conditioning offered a good way to quickly bring the living area to the pleasant area in terms of temperature without using the fireplace, which would have been possible. The large TV as well as the corner sofa have invited you to stay, especially in these unfortunately nasty weather conditions. The numerous kitchen utensils offer more than enough opportunity to indulge yourself. Very convenient: The dishwasher. The interactions with Andrea were functional, efficient, forward-looking, and friendly.

Riccardo & Vittoria put a lot of effort into it and they are very warm and great hosts! Very friendly and straightforward. We enjoyed the stay and felt at home. The four of us had enough space, it was homely and cozy. We were able to relax superbly. In this environment we just enjoyed the tranquility. The views and the space were great. The possibilities for different experiences in nature and explorations are diverse. The people in the village are very likeable. We had everything we wanted and can recommend it to everyone. Had a great stay at Raffaella’s apartment. The view is amazing. The welcome drinks & food were a lovely touch. We spent as much time on the balcony as possible. It is a very hilly area, so the nearby bus stop was very useful. The apartment was extremely peaceful at night.

I booked Andrea's place for my mother and her friend as it was close to my home. They really enjoyed their stay. The apartment is spacious with available outside area. Having parking on the property was great. All the amenities you can think of are available and the hosts (Andrea and his mother) are available for anything. Overall it was a great experience staying here and would highly recommend it.

Andrea is a warm, very likeable and reliable host. Even before we arrived, we were in helpful communication with her. She has always responded to questions in a short time. We really liked the quiet inlay apartment on the hillside with its own patio overlooking the lake. Spotlessly clean, decorated with many lovely decorations and useful utensils such as coffee capsules, tea, towels, bathrobes and other little touches. You feel at home because everything is available. She surprised us with grapes from her own grove and homemade tarts and sweetened the day. The residential area offers - by car or public transport - a good starting point for excursions to the mountains, the lake or to the nearby towns of Ascona and Locarno. We thank Andrea very much for the enriching stay and wish her many guests.

The apartment is furnished with so much charm and love, you immediately feel comfortable. The communication with Patrizia &Gianfranco is great! The lake view is simply magnificent. Was also a great place to stay with a toddler. We didn't lack anything. Always happy ☺️

We were very happy with everything. Convenient to waterfront, train station, “tourist attractions”. Many restaurants within minutes of apartment. Louisa was very communicative and friendly, answering any/all questions. No issues whatsoever. We appreciated the coffee capsules left for us too! Would definitely book again!
