"Al Canun" of Casale Monferrato

Recently renovated accommodation of 70 square meters in total, equipped with a large living area, kitchen, bedroom, a sofa bed and a bathroom. It is located on the ground floor, inside a private courtyard that can be used by cars, therefore with free parking next to the accommodation. The complex is generally quiet and in a strategic position to quickly reach the places of interest, even leaving the car parked, still enjoying peace and quiet. The historic center is a few minutes away by foot.

It has two separate and fenced gardens, with private swimming pool, all for the exclusive use of guests and is surrounded by fields, vegetable gardens, woods and vineyards.

From today we are greens, we have activated the photovoltaic panels. Apartment with large rooms on the edge of Ticino Park, in a very quiet area. Parking space at the entrance of the property reserved for guests. The house is surrounded by a fenced garden available for guests.
