One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The light-flooded 40m² vacation apartment Ciasa Silvia is located in San Martino in Badia (Sankt Martin in Thurn), a small community in northern Italy's South Tyrol region. The ground floor vacation apartment consists of a living room with sleeping options, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. An additional bed can be added to bring the max capacity to 5 people. The apartment features Wi-Fi and satellite television.

The apartment is on the 4th floor of a quiet residential building in the immediate vicinity of the city. There is NO elevator in the house. The parish church and the pedestrian zone of Bruneck can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. The valley station of the Kronplatz is a five-minute drive away. A bus stop is very close.
