The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, range hood, fridge, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, dishes etc... 200 m from the bike path that goes around the lake.

Relax in this quiet and stylish place. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, vineyards and factory stores. On the ground floor, you have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and TV lounge area. On the same level, you have a bedroom, shower room and toilet. Upstairs are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.
