We offer a family home in peaceful Klampenborg, close to the forest and beach, and a local area full of specialty shops. The house was newly renovated in 2020/21 and has five bedrooms, three with double beds and two with single beds, three bathrooms, two living rooms, an open-plan kitchen with a dining area, and a large dining room. A 20 sqm greenhouse and a large outdoor terrace are also available. We have 2 cats that will be here during your stay. They are fed once a day and are out at night; otherwise, they take care of themselves.

The house is located at the end of a small side road on a cozy little road filled with old double houses. Quiet and cozy residential area from the late 1800s. The town, the main street, the cafes, shopping opportunities between 2 to 10 minutes walk. The train station is a 7-minute walk away. The house is a cozy family house that forms the framework for our small family on a daily basis. Cleaning is included in the price.

Our House is very cosy and we are sure you will feel at home. There is plenty of space with 225 m2 in the house + another 100 in the basement. We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city. Cottage style house Charlottenlund

We love our home. We live here with our 2 wonderful kids. It´s spacious and very cosy (hyggeligt) all day long and all year round. The light coming through the tall windows during the day creates a wonderful, warm and lively atmosphere. We live on a small street and even though theres only 300 meters to the nearest grocery store and just 400 meters to the train station it is peaceful and quiet. It takes just 5 minutes on a bike to go to one of the beaches or to go to the forest/park.

In the house you will find a cozy and homely atmosphere that exudes love. The house's many living rooms provide ample opportunity to relax without sitting on top of each other. Our beautiful orangery is amazing all year round, but especially in spring and late summer, where you can sit sheltered from the sometimes cool wind and really feel the sun's light and warmth. In the garden you will find several atmospheric terraces, lovely grass areas and several beautiful flower beds.
