Located in the Heart of Midtown! Fun & Vibrant!

The place was incredibly clean! The couch is comfortable, the blankets were soft & the pillows were wonderful. The lighting in the bedroom was very nice with all the morning sunlight coming in. Overall, the unit gets great natural light from all of the windows! Parking was easy & always available in the back. The neighborhood is very pretty - with nice homes, landscaping and trees. The location was also really nice - being a short walk to the beltline. It was also a short drive to places like: Evergreen Market & Butcher (great pastries & meatballs), the Georgia Aquarium, & Atlanta Botanic Garden! It was a great stay and I would definitely book again if in the area! ⭐️ One thing to note though was that there does seem to be some college aged students who stay up at night in the neighborhood/talking/playing music on the weekend. It wasn’t too loud though & my boyfriend & I were easily able to fall asleep still, but something to know for anyone who may be noise sensitive!

If you’re visiting Lake Lanier, Cindy’s place is a must-stay! The house is beautiful with spacious bedrooms and chic decor. Hosts were incredibly responsive and did everything in their power to make our Easter weekend one to remember. I’m sure we will be back to stay again one day!

Would highly recommend this spot to anyone who's looking to find a place in Atlanta! the house was well stocked and just what we needed. Our host Amy even went out of their way to provide a pack n play and high chair to make our stay even better. Everything felt like 10-20 min drive depending on where we wanted to go.

Liudmila’s place was exactly how described! Even though there were a couple of mishaps, she communicated and accommodated us! The place was clean, spacious and up to date! Every time we come into town, most definitely will stay here again! Thank you again!

Great stay at Sarah’s! Sarah and Avery were so accommodating and welcoming. Stayed for 3 nights with a friend. Great space to be in and surrounded by nature. Always looked forward to seeing the chickens. Love the artistic and creative details of the property and the Airbnb. Wish we had more time there! I’ll be back whenever I need to return to the Atlanta area.

Our group of three families stayed at this Airbnb for a wedding, and it was an incredibly comfortable and enjoyable experience! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had plenty of space for all of us to relax and feel at home. One of the best parts of the stay was the stunning waterfront location. Waking up to the beautiful views and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere made our trip even more special. It was the perfect setting for a memorable getaway. Wendy was amazing and so responsive! The home has a very cottage core feel to it and was perfect. I’d caution that because pets are allowed here, might be hard if you have allergies and/or sensitive to pet dander/smell. All in all, Wendy was a super sweet host.

We stayed for four nights. The home is close to many local attractions. Lucas resolved a small issue immediately and was super friendly to work with. The set up is great for kids with lots to entertain them. We were bummed the pool doesn't open until May, which is understandable. If you are planning for a place to stay during Spring Break with a pool, be sure to note the pool is not open yet in April. The bedroom layout was very functional and the beds are comfortable. We would stay again.
