Spectacular panoramic costal views, delux, tranquil, very romantic,very special Relax in the sub tropical garden and Infinity private pool, the cosy Villa was totally refurbished to a high standard in autumn 2018, a prime position on the slopes of mount Gaida volcano, La Asomada, very tranquil breathtaking views, and centrally located south/east coast, sunshine from sun rise to sun set, this traditional Canaries style home with original lava rock walls, and awarded the Tourist boards special certified license CR-35-3-0000026 for a traditional rustic style design and granted permission to officially accommodate guests for tourism, the villa is for 2 guests + 2 for children included in daily rental rate. The interiors have been designed by a well known (local) interior designer to enhance the canerian ambience, and exteriors by a specialist architect from Mallorca, and spread over 375 sqm 4036 sqf of garden terraces and sunshaded chill out areas including a mature subtropical/Palm gardens, a private Infinity swimming pool 3.00 wide x 5.50 long, plus 150 Cm to 170 cm deep, heated in winter/autumn/early spring with a featured covered lounge terrace and large L shaped daybed/garden sofa, coffee table, and subdued led garden and overhead lighting , a wind protected sunbathing terrace , with sun-loungers and designer sunshades with rustling palm trees with wild nesting canaries, overlooking the coastline and islands of Lobos, and Fuerteventura. A profesional lava stone barbecue (Gas fired) has just been installed, which gives a special BBQ flavoured food, on the special lowering grill for optimal cooking conditions. Full heating and air conditioning in bedrooms and Lounge. “le chefs” kitchen is designed with large picture windows, lush garden and sea views, fully equipped for your dream cuisine dining experience. Plus an Italian professional fully automatic coffee machine, for your instant latte’s and expresos “one touch”operation, supplied with a full hopper of 100% high roast arabica coffee beans. This charismatic and luxurious house with a rural spirit offers a generous outdoor area and an excellent starting point to explore the countless points of interest around it. Our emblematic house maintains the centuries-old Lanzarote architecture, while being modern and well located. If you want to feel the warmth of a house with personality, history and in which a lot of love has been put into its restoration, do not hesitate and come to enjoy it. The accommodation is complete indoors, terraces and gardens for guests, there are no common areas. I will be available 24 hours a day. Timanfaya National Park and Los Volcanes Natural Park are right next door. Caldera Blanca, Volcán Templo, Volcán del Cuervo, with departure from the house. Many walking and cycling routes. Five minutes by car to the beach. A wide range of leisure activities are available nearby. Tinajo is a town rooted in fishing and agricultural tradition. Just 200 m from the sea and yet protected from the wind, is Casa Kalisat "House of Happiness." Surrounded by breathtaking volcanic landscape, the clear starry sky at night, the power of the tides, you will find peace and closeness to nature in a beautiful living atmosphere. Throughout the village you can be undressed. Nudism is welcome here, but not mandatory. There is a supermarket in Charco and several good island-typical restaurants in Mala and Arrieta, where there is also a long, flat sandy beach, suitable for children and surfers. A protected swimming area (200 m) made of natural lava rock allows swimming at high tide all year round. A rock (500 m) with a step ladder is the perfect access to the sea for swimmers and divers. Several hiking trails start behind the house. The most beautiful leads directly to the excursion point “Jardin de Cactus”, by the famous island artist César Manrique.

Cozy studio - air-conditioned - with large, beautifully landscaped garden and solar-heated pool, located in a quiet private street in Mácher. Live centrally, with the supermarket right next door and still be on your own, after a great day of excursions sit with a glass of wine on the terrace, or swim a few laps in the solar-heated pool... that's how the vacation could be! :) And if you have to work, you can do so in the new, private office right by the pool. Stunning refurbished property ,offering breathtaking views, to the sea, and Fuertaventura. Very private, and not overlooked, close to Puerto del Carmen. Fantastic terraces for sunbathing, and dining. Built in barbeque, Hot tub and pool table, all on ground level. On the upper level, an open plan lounge/fully fitted kitchen, spacious bedroom and large shower room. 42" flatscreen tv with full tv package, free internet. Parking with lockable gate. Beach towels provided.
