Monthly Rentals in Madison

This house is an absolute gem! Beautifully designed, incredibly clean , good quality kitchen ware, great communication, and overall so much character. We loved the spaciousness and the location (very friendly neighbors!) and the back yard was perfect for our puppy. The Blackwater Nature preserve is very close by and is not to be missed. We couldn’t have been happier! I highly recommend this lovely home and will definitely return!

Kara's place was ideal for our trip since we had a little puppy with us. The apartment had a deck overlooking the road and it was a great place for the puppy to be in its own playground and contained within the area. The apartment was spacious, clean, breezy and light. There are a lot of details that indicate that the hostess was class A! She had chips in a basket waiting for us. The kitchen was well stocked, and we didn't lack for anything. The bathroom was clean, lovely-decorated and large. The best part of the morning routine was waking up to roosters announcing the day (from the neighbors). We left the windows open while we slept and it was lovely to hear the sounds of the animals in the countryside. Thank you for having us over.

Our stay was great. The weather wasn’t the best and it’s was rainy and cloudy for most of the weekend, but the rain cleared up enough for us to explore the trails and experience the wildlife. The property has many acres of walking trails that are so beautiful. The property is full of bird feeders so you’re going to see lots of different birds! The property is extremely easy to find and check in/out was very easy. The property is also close to Blackwater Wildlife Refuge which is great for anyone who loves to hike and explore nature. The room was extremely clean and we could only hear a tiny bit of noise one night. Rick and Kathy are extremely nice people and we will definitely be back to stay with them!

If you're looking for a getaway surrounded by a peaceful shoreline and embedded in nature, Cyndi's rustic cottage is it! Her accommodation offered tranquility, self catering and comfort in an area near the Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge. A gem of a place to return to!
