Shops, restaurants, ski lifts and ski school 700 m walk away! Shuttle stop with a pass every 15 minutes in front of the building (In season).

In a small condominium, we offer a nice apartment of 34 m2 located on the floor of our main house. Located in Magland in the Mont-Blanc region You will be 23 km from Megève, 35 km from Chamonix 27 km from Flaine and 48 km from Geneva. A car is essential to come to our home and visit our beautiful region. You will find a bakery, a pharmacy, a butcher shop 2 km away, accessible only by car, and a supermarket 5 km away.

The Lavouet Cottage

On the heights, 5 minutes from the city center, come and recharge your batteries in this unique and soothing setting. This return to basics promises you rest and relaxation. Close to everything, but in the most complete calm, you can stroll through nature. Equipped with indoor dry toilet and shower room (no shower but a water point for your daily toilet). Breakfast is delivered to you every morning in a basket.
