The Gypaète refuge consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, as well as a kitchen open to a living room with balcony access, mountain view. - A double bedroom, equipped with a desk, with private access to the balcony. - A second bedroom consisting of a bunk bed, double bed at the bottom and single bed at the top. Proximity: 20 min from Carroz d'Arrache, 30 min from Megève, 40 min from Chamonix, 40 min from Les Gets, 45 min from Flaine, 50 min from Annecy.

Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Le Chalet Les Esserts is a nicely decorated mountain retreat. Nestled in a beatifull pasture, this unique chalet offers complete privacy and great views of the surrounding mountains. The chalet comes with a confortable outdoor patio and pizza oven. Comfortable living room with a wood-burning stove, master bedroom includes a double bed and a bunk bed. Welcome to our cozy 17sqm cabin in the woods, perfect for your next mountain holiday. With Mont Blanc gracing the horizon, you'll be treated to breathtaking views. Please note that this lovely tiny home is situated away from the town centre. It is about 1 hour on foot, 10 minutes by bus, or 4 mins by car. Also, this is the last year Le Cabin de Cerro will be available to book on Airbnb. In September 2026 the cabin will undergo an extension and will no longer be a tiny home.

This attractive 35 m² apartment is newly renovated with beautiful views of Mont Blanc. The apartment is located in the old ‘Grange’ next to our main house. We share an outside staircase and terrace which bring you to the entrance of your private apartment on the first floor. This apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
