Our property is in a peaceful location with countryside garden views, yet just a few minutes' walk to two restaurants/ bars & five minutes’ walk to the amenities of historical Le Dorat main square with its bars, restaurants, shops and train station giving access to Poitiers, Limoges & Paris. The pretty courtyard & large garden are home to fruit trees. With sun/ shade spots & wildlife.

There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles), bathroom (with bath and shower), and open plan lounge-kitchen downstairs. All mod cons are provided: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, wood-burning stove, TV.

The Studio, a calm space, in a very tranquil location, to spend a few days, or break up a long journey. It is hidden away in our peaceful smallholding in Central France, and yet just 20 minutes from the A20. Close to villages and small towns where you can find Boulangerie's, shops and restaurants.
