Celebrate with up to approx. 25 guests: wedding, birthday, proposal, film shoot, summer party, team event, meeting, seminar and trips with up to 12 guests. Welcome to our cozy cottage, the perfect retreat for 4 people. The small kitchen is fully equipped. Ideally located between DA, MZ & WI (near Oppenheim), it is perfect for hiking, biking and swimming. Enjoy the lake view from the covered terrace and private jetty. A fireplace with a grill is available for cozy evenings. Note: Main toilets are 1 minute walk away. The chemical toilet in the cabin is to be cleaned by yourself when used.

Vacation home on the edge of a vacation home area. About 1 km from the nearest village of Sulzdorf. The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake in Lower Franconia (about 17 hectares) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. Core removed by 2017 according to KfW standard and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .
