We "ZurMelberi" live in the recreational area "Franconian Lake District." If you like it quiet and yet want to reach the lake landscape quickly, you have come to the right place. Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

Surrounded by two small green parks, it is equipped with everything you need to live, work, or lounge in comfort. Just enjoy the super fast internet, the home cinema, the view over the city, or the colorful life around. If you like cooking, our kitchen gives you everything you might desire. But be aware, the apartment is on the 5th floor and has no elevator!

Located in the village of Bammental, about 9 km from Heidelberg, in a quiet, residential area. Suitable for 4–5 guests, it is a 5 min walk to the train (20 min to Heidelberg). Nearby attractions include Heidelberg Castle, the Technik Museums in Sinsheim and Speyer, Sinsheim Badewelt, Heidelberg Clinics, and Hockenheim Ring. Shops, bakery, organic food store, pharmacy, restaurants, cycle paths and woods are close by. Very close to the Bergstraße with castles, vineyards, and wine villages.

Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an old building from 1909 with views of the rooftops of Schweinfurt's old town. In this 40 m² attic apartment with a converted gable and unobstructed views, you will immediately feel at home. It has everything you need for a longer stay or for temporary living. It has a bathroom with shower and a brand new fully equipped, open kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, stove and dishes.

Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

This spacious, light-flooded 2 ZW on the 1st floor without sloping ceilings is conveniently located between Frankfurt and Darmstadt with fast connections to the A3, A5, A60 and A67 motorways. Frankfurt Airport can be reached in about 13 minutes. From Mörfelden train station, the S-Bahn takes you to Frankfurt Central Station in 20 min. and to the exhibition center in 34 min.
