Bright basement apartment on the outskirts of Speyer.

Former nursery/party room "no 5 star hotel ",functional and good. Non-smoking. Passage kitchen only 1.83 Approximately 1300 meters to technology museum/swimming pool, 1600 meters to cathedral/town center, lots of greenery, the Rhine and Altrhein are very close . One guest said I should mention the Rhine Cycle Path, which is also very beautiful. I have a lockable garage with electricity ,for bicycles and motorcycles. There are plenty of shops and restaurants. Only partially suitable for allergy sufferers.

Quiet but centrally located accommodation, not far from the highway exits A5 and A67. A closed apartment in a 6 party house on the ground floor. The kitchen is designed to a very high quality & modern. In the hallway to the bedroom there is also a wardrobe to store clothes. The bedroom consists of a double bed, as well as a closet . The apartment 50m2. Newly built Wooden House in 2022. The highlight is the 15 m wooden balcony built into the trees. Modern English wooden kitchen , refrigerator, electric stove , dishwasher, smoothie maker asl well al SMEG coffee machine, Media TV , 1 Bedroom : 180x200 m bed as well a 1 small single bed. a Futonsofa which coverts into a compromise sleeping place 180x200 m can be used as extra sleeping facility in the living room.

So if you are looking for supermarkets, bars, etc. are unfortunately not right for us. You get peace and quiet here.
