Exclusive use of the terrace for guests and free parking on the property. The apartment is well located, functional, pleasant, affordable, very quiet, no underfloor heating, extended walks in the nearby forest are available. 10 minutes to the highway exit A7. Welcome to Prichsenstadt! As on site hosts we are here offer an easy and memorable visit. The private cottage is located inside our private courtyard with free parking on-site. Steps away you will find restaurants, bakeries and butchers. If you are here for just one night or for a longer stay there is much to see and do near us. A very easy 3km drive from the A3 . NO fee for cleaning. Please read info below. We ask that you send us an approx arrival time so we can send you check in details.

Lovingly furnished vacation home with castle views

At the foot of the picturesque Hohenzollernburg in Colmberg, our lovingly furnished vacation home is nestled in a quiet residential area, directly adjacent to the deer enclosure. Our place is within walking distance of Colmberg Castle and Colmberg Golf Course. The 95 square meter solid house has a comfortable living room, a dining room, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, as well as 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet and 2 double rooms on the first floor. Free Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Living in a farmhouse

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

Farm: House with special charm and sauna

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

Holiday home right by the river

Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.
