Brilliant place to stay. Quiet and peaceful surrounded by great views and lovely countryside. The house was spotless, well equipped with everything you needed and the host was very welcoming. The only downside about it was that I couldn’t stay longer! 10/10 would love to visit again.

My partner, our little son and I were in this apartment in January. Since we come from the big city, nature and the quiet location were particularly important to us – and that's exactly what we found here. The house offers everything you could ask for. It is beautifully decorated, with a lot of love for detail. From the kitchen equipment to the selection of books, everything was perfectly thought out. We lacked nothing. The private wellness area was also a highlight: stylishly furnished and ideal for relaxing. Afterwards, we ended the evening by the fireplace – a fantastically beautiful experience! I definitely recommend this cottage, whether for yourself or as a gift for your loved ones. A wow effect is guaranteed! Many thanks to the hosts for the unforgettable moments!

We couldn't have spent a better turn of the year than with Maria. Already upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by your father. We were very comfortable right away and were instructed in everything. Even in the following days, we were immediately helped with questions. We were very pleased about the welcome gift and the boys are still raving about the homemade blueberry syrup today. The view from the hot tub and sauna is simply wonderful and in the peace and seclusion you can quickly leave everyday life behind. We'll be back. Next time with bikes to explore even more of the great area.

We stayed with an 8-member group of girls for two nights in Justine's beautiful, old country house. The communication before was very transparent and appreciative, the check-in very straightforward and even earlier than expected. The location looks exactly like the pictures. So you get exactly what they promise. The location is very idyllically located on a forest slope, right next to a horse farm. From there, several times we visited cat Nick, who stayed with us on the sunny terrace - so it's worth having a few treats ready! The only thing where you had to improvise was the parking situation if you come with more than two cars. Only two cars can park right in front of the house. However, there are other possibilities a few hundred meters away, which Justine also shows exactly. All in all, we had a very successful stay and were able to reach Justine at any time for any questions. Thank you!

Very good apartment for a quiet and peaceful stay.

Perfect place for a break in a quiet environment that still offers everything you need to unplug. The place is clean, lovingly decorated, and the hosts are very eager and courteous. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (and more!). The spa is fantastic! Clean, nicely decorated - a real oasis to feel good. It is also particularly great that four-legged friends are also welcome guests. Due to the fantastic location (directly on the field, several hiking trails right outside the door), the dog also gets its money's worth. The next stay is already planned! :)

We were traveling as long-distance hikers and unfortunately had to take a break a stage earlier, so unfortunately we didn't make it to Zedersitz. But we're sure we would have liked Adriane's place. The communication was great and very friendly! If we are in the area again, we might actually make it.

We had a great extended weekend in this very special cottage where we didn't miss anything! The exchange with Wilma was very warm, we were provided with numerous tips and - although not personally - received and welcomed so kindly! We felt completely welcome and can very well imagine coming back at some point!

Beautiful and very well maintained hunting lodge located in the country side of the Rhon mountains. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

The old house is exactly as described, great to reach and full of charm. Especially as a retreat relaxing, if you can take the time to cook with the kitchen stove over fire. There is a really fully equipped kitchen (and also a gas stove if you want to go faster). In summer, when all rooms are warm, there is certainly room for large families and the little garden is quaint and cozily furnished (including dart board!). You just have to know that the house is not remote but in the residential area. Opposite is a car workshop that makes quite noise. Of course, this can be heard particularly loudly in such an old, not soundproofed house. So if you are looking for absolute silence, you have to make compromises — or make long trips to the great surroundings. The communication went smoothly and I was able to check in and out on my own.

I wanted to rest for 3 days, switch off and just get out. Jen's place was the perfect environment for me. I got much more: a wonderful garden outside the door, the calming forests in the area and not to forget her daughter Ophelia, who keeps you on foot (if you want). For me, the short trip was a big contrast to living in the abundance of the city, but I was able to take some with me. Gladly again😊

The cottage is enchanting, stunning for people over 1.70 m in size, as you regularly hit your head on the door frame and fall flat on the kitchen floor. (We all got home safely.) The low house was, as described, to be expected. We felt very comfortable in the charming, old half-timbered building. We particularly liked the social get-together in the kitchen-living room. Our dog loved the castle garden where he could play with sticks at will.

You felt right at home in the gatehouse. Pleasant place to stay. I can only recommend it. We would be happy to come back when we vacation in the corner again.

Unbeatable for the price. Highly recommended as a starting point for a holiday in the Franconian. We came with a small baby and Manuel quickly put us a baby chair in the apartment. Super accommodating! A definitive go-to for us in the future.

A very great little cottage furnished with a lot of love and super clean, small cottage. The location is quiet and perfect as a starting point for excursions of any kind. Everything was as described and the check in/out due to the uncomplicated communication with Josef extremely easy and flexible. Absolutely recommended!

It was very nice, everything clean & tidy. We felt totally comfortable and there was nothing missing. Great place to stay, stylish & lovingly decorated and quiet location. On site you were greeted very friendly, everything was shown to you and you still got great tips for things to do. On the property is everything for shared use - nice sitting areas and the garden. A very relaxing weekend :)

Were delighted by the idyllic property with the old fruit trees, the view into the distance and the impressive range of employment opportunities for children. Everything you need. Especially recommended for families.

We had a wonderful stay at Susanne and Philipp's place. Hosts communicated friendly and with very quick turnaround times, and welcomes us personally to their home. The apartment is exactly as described; well-equipped (including for basic+ cooking!) and lovingly decorated. I slept in the living/second bedroom on the sofa couch, and it was super comfortable, just like the main bed. One small thing to be aware of is that the wifi in the apartment isn't too strong (not suitable for video calls during the time of our stay), but I simply used my mobile data and that made it work well. We will be back in a few months, thank you for the kind and welcoming hosts!
