Das hochwertige Interieur läd zum Relaxen ein. Hier, am Tor zum Vogelsberg befindet sich u.a. der Einstieg zum Vulkan Mountainbiketrail "Mühlental". Bike Ladestation direkt am Appartement. Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)

The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

We are renting out a lovely, spacious two-room flat with a kitchen and bathroom in the centre of Waechtersbach. The attic apartment was renovated a few years ago and impresses with a harmonious juxtaposition of old wooden beams and modern design with deep windows and views of the countryside. The castle garden with the restored castle is opposite. The rail connection is excellent (trains to Frankfurt every 30 minutes). Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang befindet sich im Nebenhaus. Sie ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber gutem Anschluss nach Frankfurt, Fulda und Aschaffenburg. Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200) and a closet. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for another person. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge + freezer, Senseo coffee maker). A washer/dryer, TV and Wi-Fi are provided.

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.
