We offer our "cottage" here! It is located directly on the edge of the forest behind our house and is part of an old mill farm in the middle of the forest! We are 1 kilometer away from the nearest neighbor and the nearest supermarket is 6 kilometers away. This is not a luxury hostel, but if you are looking for absolute peace and a hiking paradise in the midst of the most beautiful nature, you have come to the right place! In the cold season, you MUST additionally heat with the fireplace!

Wir bieten ein 36 qm großes separates Ferienhäuschen im Garten unseres Grundstückes an. Es besteht aus Schlafzimmer (180cm breites Bett), Wohnzimmer, Küche, Flur und Tageslicht-Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht (auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher), allerdings ohne Waschmaschine. Zur Straßenbahn und Bus sind es 3 Minuten. Von dort sind es 10 Minuten zum ZDF oder Universität. Zum Zentrum sind es 14 Minuten. Fahrräder kann man mieten.

Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, which you can not only look at but also use. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, which can be used until 10 pm.

A relaxing evening can be enjoyed in the accommodation as well as in the surrounding area. Family-friendly, occupancy is possible with 2 adults and 2 children. Für 2-4 Gäste Die ehemalige Gesindekammer des ursprünglichen Bauernhofes wurde von uns liebevoll zu einer geräumigen Dachgeschoßwohnung ausgebaut. Die bis in den Giebel ausgebaute Wohnung strahlt einen ganz besonderen Charme aus. In der 100qm-Wohnung gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, ein Babybett und einen großen Wohnraum mit offener, voll ausgestatteter Küche. Das moderne Badezimmer hat eine ebenerdige Dusche mit Wandheizung.
