Modern apartment on the 2nd floor of a DHH

Cozy apartment with separate kitchen in Starnberg for a maximum of 3 people. My house is in a quiet location on a private road. The apartment is bright and cozy on the 2nd floor of my semi-detached house overlooking the countryside. In 10 minutes walk you can reach the S train station Starnberg- Nord (650 m away), several supermarkets (also organic), bakeries and other shops. Starnberg Lake and downtown Starnberg is a 15-minute walk away, where many restaurants are located.

Small but nice!

Small, simple but private apartment in a great location in the middle of the mountain not far from the lake, castle park, votive chapel, meadows and forests. With cozy 1.40 m bed, small kitchen and private entrance and bathroom. Whether hiking, cycling, sailing, fishing or shipping, the area has plenty to offer. We are happy to help with tips and ideas, as locals we know the most beautiful and best spots. It's also close to Munich, Bad Tölz or the mountains.

In the sun in nature, in rain to Munich

Unsere moderne Zwei-Zimmer-Einliegerwohnung bietet eine kleines Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, eine Abstellkammer, ein modernes Bad mit Regendusche und zwei sonnige Terrassen. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang über den Garten. Parken ist an der kaum befahrenen Straße möglich. Durch die ländliche Lage empfiehlt sich ein Auto. München ist in ca 35 Minuten, die Berge in 50 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.
