The pool also has a shallow section for children. The pool temperature is always above 25°C. The Finnish sauna is free for our guests. Close enough to all the sights, and far enough away for a comfortable stay and peace. Fully equipped with all the necessary details for a longer or shorter stay. Švica Home with a View

House S&D is located in Svica,7km away from Otočac. It offers its guests a place to stay, free WiFi, parking, and a large backyard. The house has a bedroom, living room, gallery with two French beds, kitchen, bathroom with shower and another separate toilet. In the basement of the house there is a social room that contains a table with chairs, an auxiliary kitchen, and a tavern for tasting products from its own family. In the summer months, guests also have access to an organic vegetable garden, as well as a barbecue.

The apartment is furnished with a lot of attention and love, so that every person who hosted us feel comfortable and welcome.
